stuff you need
  1. 4 medjool dates (you can swap to other natural sweetener)
  2. 1 cup coconut/almond milk
  3. 2 cups spinach
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1/3 cup pureed pumpkin (we cook ours then whiz in the blender!)
  6. 2 frozen bananas
  7. 1/2 cup pecans
Now what
  1. Place all ingredients in to your blender and whiz until smooth.
  2. YUM!

Stuff you need
  1. 2 cups spinach
  2. 2 oranges peeled
  3. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  4. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  5. 1 frozen banana
Now what
  1. Place all ingredients in to your blender and whiz until smooth and thick.
  2. Decorate with extra fruit!

  1. 2 cups spinach
  2. 2 cups coconut milk
  3. 2 cups frozen chopped pineapple
  4. 2 frozen kiwi fruit
Now what
  1. Place all ingredients in to your blender and whiz until smooth! Delish!
