stuff you need
  1. 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  2. 2 tbs. macadamia oil
  3. 1 tsp. turmeric
  4. salt and pepper
Now what
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the cubes of sweet potato on to the baking tray, drizzle with macadamia oil, sprinkle with turmeric and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in to the oven for 30 minutes, stir the pieces of sweet potato and place back in to the oven for a further 30 minutes.
  4. Done! Voila!
